EXECUTIVE – ADMINISTRATION (SSD)
Responsibilities:The incumbent will be based in the Student Services Department and the responsibilities include:• To administer Scholarship scheme and financial aids package• Processing, monitor and coordinate for scholarships (Entrance Scholarship, The Chancellors Scholarship, Scholastic Award, etc.)• To attend all scholarships enquiries• To assist the development on EMS 7 in Scholarship module• To organize and coordinate Scholarship Presentation Ceremony• To handle all administrative matters in the Department
Requirements:• Degree in any discipline • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in the education industry• Some knowledge in Scholarship would be an advantage• Hard-working, with pleasant personality and customer-oriented• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Good organisational skills and meticulous• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, high degree of integrity, initiative and commitment• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

EXECUTIVE – ADMINISTRATION (SIS)
Responsibilities:The successful incumbent will be based Sunway International School, a subsidiary of Sunway University College and he/she will be responsible for the overall administration of the school which includes the following:• Initiate and organise the school’s programmes/activities such as orientation programme, parent-and-teachers event, open-day, etc.• Prepare official documents for regulatory/government bodies as well as non-official documents, i.e. handbooks, promotional materials• Handle students’ admission matters and maintain proper records of students in system• Liaise with relevant departments with regard to students’ accommodation, registrations, visas, etc.• Offer general information on courses offered, overall conduct of programme, school rules and regulations, policies and procedures• Coordinate teaching materials with teachers and publishers/bookshops
Requirements:• Degree in any discipline• At least 2 years of experience in general administration, preferably from the education industry• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate proficiently in English• Pleasant personality and able to communicate with people at all levels• A self-starter with qualities of a team player, yet able to work independently• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous• Competent in MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel

OFFICER - ADMINISTRATION
Responsibilities:The successful incumbent will be based Sunway TES Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sunway University College and his/her responsibilities include:• Liaison with Maintenance Office on equipment and classroom/hall booking for Progress Tests and Mock Exams• Collect Progress
Tests/Mock Exams questionnaires and answers from the QA Executive and send for printing• Liaising with Markers and ensure all answer scripts are returned on time• Coordination on spot checks for “illegal” students• Assist in the issuance of texts and revision kits• Counsel walk-in and phone enquiries
Requirements:• Diploma in any discipline• At least 2 years working experience, preferably in the education industry• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Able to multi task as well as work under pressure• Pleasant personality and customer-oriented• A self starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to work independently • Competent in Microsoft Application• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and other dialects would be an advantage• Willing to work on weekends
