Responsibilities:The incumbent will be based in the Student Services Department and the responsibilities include:• To administer Scholarship scheme and financial aids package• Processing, monitor and coordinate for scholarships (Entrance Scholarship, The Chancellors Scholarship, Scholastic Award, etc.)• To attend all scholarships enquiries• To assist the development on EMS 7 in Scholarship module• To organize and coordinate Scholarship Presentation Ceremony• To handle all administrative matters in the Department
Requirements:• Degree in any discipline • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in the education industry• Some knowledge in Scholarship would be an advantage• Hard-working, with pleasant personality and customer-oriented• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Good organisational skills and meticulous• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, high degree of integrity, initiative and commitment• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

EXECUTIVE – ADMINISTRATION (SIS)
Responsibilities:The successful incumbent will be based Sunway International School, a subsidiary of Sunway University College and he/she will be responsible for the overall administration of the school which includes the following:• Initiate and organise the school’s programmes/activities such as orientation programme, parent-and-teachers event, open-day, etc.• Prepare official documents for regulatory/government bodies as well as non-official documents, i.e. handbooks, promotional materials• Handle students’ admission matters and maintain proper records of students in system• Liaise with relevant departments with regard to students’ accommodation, registrations, visas, etc.• Offer general information on courses offered, overall conduct of programme, school rules and regulations, policies and procedures• Coordinate teaching materials with teachers and publishers/bookshops
Requirements:• Degree in any discipline• At least 2 years of experience in general administration, preferably from the education industry• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate proficiently in English• Pleasant personality and able to communicate with people at all levels• A self-starter with qualities of a team player, yet able to work independently• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous• Competent in MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel

OFFICER - ADMINISTRATION
Responsibilities:The successful incumbent will be based Sunway TES Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sunway University College and his/her responsibilities include:• Liaison with Maintenance Office on equipment and classroom/hall booking for Progress Tests and Mock Exams• Collect Progress
Tests/Mock Exams questionnaires and answers from the QA Executive and send for printing• Liaising with Markers and ensure all answer scripts are returned on time• Coordination on spot checks for “illegal” students• Assist in the issuance of texts and revision kits• Counsel walk-in and phone enquiries
Requirements:• Diploma in any discipline• At least 2 years working experience, preferably in the education industry• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Able to multi task as well as work under pressure• Pleasant personality and customer-oriented• A self starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to work independently • Competent in Microsoft Application• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and other dialects would be an advantage• Willing to work on weekends

KL International Book Fair, 17-26 April 2009.

Pesta buku datang lagi ini tahun....meh ramai2 gi sana cari buku utk diri sendiri, family, tempat kerja etc.... :)

Hampir dua minggu lebih aku diberi ujian kesihatan di mana demam, batuk dan selsema yang melampau melanda diriku.Bukan aku je yg kena, malah kwn2 skerja dan pljr2 aku pun tak terkecuali cuma antara lama atau tidak tempoh ujian itu berlangsung.Ada yg sakitnya kejap ilang kejap datang mcm biskut cop pat (choc fudge).

Ada seorang rakan sekerja yg masih lagi M.C termasuk harini dah kira kat 3 minggu. Ni bukan gejala sosial yg dibawa oleh nyamuk aedes ataupun shbtnya, tapi disebabkan oleh keadaan cuaca yg tak menentu di sini dan kemungkinan tersebarnya virus2 oleh si pembawa kpd mereka yg ketahanan badannya sudah mulai kurang. Aku dah jumpa doktor 3 kali, dah muak mkn ubat akhirnya doktor tu refer kes aku ke Sunway Medical kena jumpa dr specialist. Err... aku bab pi spital ni yg maleh hehehe....pada hari yg bersejarah itu, aku diminta oleh dr yg cantik dan baik tu untk masuk ward selama 2 hari utk clear kan semua kahak yg ada dlm bdn sbb katanya ubat batuk seme dah tak power dah dgn virus2 ni. Aku dgn hemahnya minta tangguh dua hari ...err sampai skg tak masuk ward hehehe.Soorryyy dr. , doakan saya sihat dan terus sihat. Kpd rakan2 dan shbt2 yg perihatin kpd aku di mana nampak je muka aku terus mengeluarkan idea yg bernas "ni pehal masih kat opis ni...cepat pi rehat kat ward..boleh kami habiskan makanan siptal tu " isk.Tq for ur care.

Alhamdulillah kesihatan makin baik cuma alah dgn aircond dan cuaca yg sejuk..errr mcm mana nak pi Scotland cam ni (teringin nak pi jumpa hero brave heart hehehe). Nampaknye aku ni bila bdn ok sket je maka panjang dah langkah kaki ku ini, Insya-Allah ahad ni bwk stdnts pi seminar Wasiyyah (wasiyat) kat Grand Pacific hotel dan akan terus dgn program2 dan paper yg belum2 siap :). Alhamdulilah ada juga non Muslim students yg berminat nak attend lagipun berkaitan dgn our class's subject. Kpd shbt yg sudi menjemput kami ke sana,Tuan Prof. D.T.S. N , tq again. Barokallah. Mai Sunway nanti kami jamu spesel punye, Sandwich Sardin cap ayam ;)

Insya-Allah, nanti2 free aku buh la gambar2 trip ke Negeri Sembilan hari tu dan juga akan letak info tentang seminar yg aku nak attend ahad ni. At the moment, aku buh sebahagian info tentang pogram ini :

Topik : Tentang Wasiyah dan harta pusaka antara waris ahli keluarga yang Islam dan Bukan Islam (bila ada ahli yg convert to Islam)
